Return Policy

We hope you have enjoyed your purchase with mussage. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, we will be happy to offer a refund within 30 days.

Change of Mind Returns – 30 Days

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, mussage will be able offer you a refund or exchange based on the following terms:

• You must return all parts of the product received including massage gun, charger, 4x massage gun heads and case within 30 days of purchase;
• You produce proof of purchase that meets satisfactory standards (Online proof of purchase);
• The item is in re-saleable condition, and in the same state that it was originally received in.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We aim to complete all transactions within 10-14 business days of receipt of the return. If you have used Paypal, the time frame may vary.

 

 

 

How to return your mussage purchase

• Purchases must be returned to MUSSAGE: 287 MOWBRAY ROAD, CHATSWOOD NSW 2067, AUSTRALIA.
• Refunds can only be paid in the same tender as the original purchase.
• Where the tender type cannot be produced, store credit will be the refund tender
• Where the original purchase was made via Paypal, you may return the purchase by sending the item back to us via a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying the costs associated with the return.
• Refunds will be processed in the same manner as the purchase.
• When your order has been returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days for credit card or 10-14 days for Paypal.
